These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by AlgoAmp Marketing Private Limited (CIN U73100DC2026PTC473561), 3rd Floor, S-46, Meenakshi Garden, New Delhi 110018 ("AlgoAmp", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may browse the site for your own information. You must not misuse it: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on the site is for general information and may change without notice.
Enquiries & bookings
Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a contract for services. Free consultation calls are offered at our discretion and may be rescheduled or declined. Any advice given on a free call is general and not a commitment to specific work or results.
Services & agreements
All paid work is governed by a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement signed by both parties. That document sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, revision rounds and fees, and takes priority over these terms where they differ. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Fees & payment
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. Advertising spend on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon and Flipkart is separate from our fees and is paid by the client directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Your responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to accounts, assets, product information and approvals, and confirm that material they give us (logos, images, claims, customer lists) is theirs to use and complies with law and platform policies. Delays in access or approvals can move timelines.
Results
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, pricing, stock and market conditions. Case studies and figures on this site describe past work and are not a promise of future results. We do not guarantee specific reach, sales, rankings or return on ad spend unless a written agreement says so.
Intellectual property
The AlgoAmp name, logo, website design and content belong to us and may not be copied without permission. Ownership of client deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the service agreement. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates and methods, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing.
Third-party platforms
Our work often runs on third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Shopify, WordPress, Amazon and Flipkart. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions or decisions. Links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience only.
Confidentiality
We keep client business information, account data and unpublished work confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific services in the three months before the claim, unless the service agreement states otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the service agreement. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable. We may restrict access to this website if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
