Who we are
This website is run by AlgoAmp Marketing Private Limited (CIN U73100DC2026PTC473561), 3rd Floor, S-46, Meenakshi Garden, New Delhi 110018, India ("AlgoAmp", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit our website, contact us, book a call or work with us. We act as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for the data described here.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, brand name, website or social handles, the services you are interested in, your budget range and anything you write in a form, chat or email.
Booking information: the date and time you choose for a call and the details you enter to confirm it.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to enquiries, schedule and hold calls, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver services under a signed agreement, send invoices, improve our website, measure our own marketing, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We will only send you marketing messages by email or WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Consent
By submitting a form, booking a call or messaging us, you consent to us processing your data for the purpose you contacted us about. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to algoamp@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may keep data we are legally required to retain.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, CRM, payment and messaging providers (for example Google, Meta and WhatsApp Business), and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. These providers may store data outside India; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards and applicable Indian law.
Client data
When we run campaigns, stores, email or WhatsApp flows for a client, we may process personal data of that client's customers. In that role we act on the client's instructions as a Data Processor, and the client's own privacy policy and our agreement with them govern that data. Questions about it should go to the relevant brand first.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics and advertising tags (including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel) to understand visits and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
Retention & security
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, and client records for as long as needed under our agreement and Indian tax and company law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a breach where the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or update it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email algoamp@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
